Who you’ll be working with

I’m Stephanie M. Hutchins, PhD. I’ve spent 16 years working across higher education as a professor, academic advisor, director of academic support, and learning specialist, supporting both undergraduate and graduate students in demanding academic environments.

Throughout that time, I’ve worked closely with students who were capable, motivated, and putting in the time—but struggling to translate that effort into clear, consistent progress. I’ve seen how quickly things can become overwhelming when there isn’t a clear way to decide what matters or how to move forward.

This session is designed to help you step back, sort through what you’re dealing with, and make more confident decisions about your next steps.

My work focuses on helping students think more clearly about their workload so they can move forward with more direction and less second-guessing.

I’m also the author of multiple books on personal development and am currently writing a new book focused specifically on helping students navigate academic pressure more effectively.
