Who you’ll be working with

I’m Stephanie M. Hutchins, PhD.

I spent 14 years teaching Anatomy and Physiology, and related courses to students entering high-pressure medical and health programs. Most recently, I served as Director of Academic Support and Learning Specialist at a medical school, where I worked directly with students who were overwhelmed, underperforming, or struggling to keep up with the pace of the program.

I’ve seen firsthand that many capable students are not failing because they aren’t trying hard enough—they’re struggling because they’ve never been taught how to manage the volume, complexity, and demands of these programs in a sustainable way.

My work focuses on helping students build practical systems they can actually use, so they can perform at a higher level without burning out.

I’m also the author of multiple books on personal development and am currently writing a new book focused specifically on helping students navigate academic pressure more effectively.
